Stress Crack Tester

With the support of our skilled employees, we have been engaged in manufacturing and supplying Stress Crack Tester. It is widely used for performing automatic stress crack tests on PET bottles. During testing processes, samples are filled with water, and then are pressurized with compressed air. Further, it is immersed in a solution of sodium hydroxide and then the time until bottle cracks are monitored. Test chamber of each test head is also designed as an independent circle, which assures that damage in any other circle will not affect the other one. The offered Stress Crack Tester is provided with a manual pressure regulator that allows users to conveniently set it at required pressures.
